We are looking for a Front of House Supervisor to join The Salad Project, London's leading healthy food brand, operating six stores across London. The role involves working Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week, under the supervision of our restaurant managers. You will lead one service daily, assist in managing team members, and help maintain our 5-star hygiene standards.
Responsibilities include ensuring service levels meet our standards, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment, and proactively resolving issues. The ideal candidate will possess leadership and communication skills, positive energy, strong organizational abilities, and punctuality.
Experience Requirements: At least 1 year managing a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Compensation: £14 per hour plus benefits, including 30 days holiday (including bank holidays), performance bonuses, free meals during shifts, team social events, and growth opportunities.
