Job summary

Coach is seeking a Store Manager in the Cannock Wood area to lead store performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences that reflect the Coach brand. You will coach and develop a diverse team, manage operations, scheduling, inventory, and loss prevention, and partner with leadership to drive sales and profitability in a fast-paced retail environment.

As a Store Manager, you are the heartbeat of your store—leading with purpose, driving performance, and creating unforgettable customer experiences that reflect the Coach brand. You lead by example, inspire your team through coaching and development, and ensure every customer interaction strengthens their connection to the brand. Your leadership drives sales, profitability, and a vibrant store culture where results and service excellence go hand in hand.

  • Communicate effectively with your team, peers, and corporate partners to align on goals and initiatives.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, representing Coach in the store and throughout the community.
Requirements
  • 1–6 years of leadership experience in retail or service industries; luxury or fashion background is a plus. A combination of education and experience will be considered
  • A passion for leading people and building strong, motivated teams.
  • A deep commitment to delivering best-in-class customer experiences that reflect Coach’s heritage and values.
  • Strong business acumen with a focus on results and operational excellence.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and clarity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with retail systems like labor management, inventory, and sales reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the market place; curiosity for digital engagement and social media.
  • A collaborative spirit and the ability to build strong vendor and community relationships.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,

Base Pay Range

£37,000.00 - £60,000.00

The salary range shown represents the full-time equivalent base pay for this position at the time of posting, in line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive. For part‑time roles, the salary will be pro-rated based on contracted hours. Actual compensation will be determined using objective, job-related criteria.
