Job summary

Slim Chickens Trafford Centre is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to lead our front-of-house team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will oversee service, train staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

We value strong leadership, hospitality passion, and excellent communication. The role requires flexible availability including weekends and holidays, with opportunities for growth within the BRG family.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supervising and coordinating front-of-house operations to ensure seamless service
• Leading, mentoring, and motivating the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
• Ensuring the highest standards of customer service, cleanliness, and presentation
• Managing guest relations, handling any issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Assisting with staff training and development to uphold our brand standards
• Supporting the management team in driving sales and achieving business goals
• Creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere where both staff and guests thrive

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment
