What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supervising and coordinating front-of-house operations to ensure seamless service
  • Leading, mentoring, and motivating the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
  • Maintaining high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and presentation
  • Managing guest relations, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Assisting with staff training and development to uphold our brand standards
  • Supporting the management team in driving sales and achieving business goals
  • Creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere for staff and guests

  • Proven supervisory experience in a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment
