What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supervising and
    coordinating front-of-house operations to ensure seamless service
  • Leading, mentoring,
    and motivating the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding customer
    experiences
  • Ensuring the
    highest standards of customer service, cleanliness, and presentation
  • Managing guest
    relations, handling any issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Assisting with
    staff training and development to uphold our brand standards
  • Supporting the
    management team in driving sales and achieving business goals
  • Creating a
    welcoming and positive atmosphere where both staff and guests thrive

    in a supervisory role within a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment

    with the ability to inspire and guide a team
