Are you passionate about hospitality and ready to take the next step in your career? We're looking for a motivated and experienced FOH Supervisors to join our dynamic teams across three iconic Bristol venues: City Hall, Central Library, and Create Centre.

What You'll Do:

1. Lead and support a team to deliver outstanding service across café operations.
2. Ensure smooth day-to-day running of the venues, maintaining high standards of presentation and customer care.
3. Assist with training, rota planning, and stock control.
4. Be a key point of contact for clients and guests, ensuring every experience is memorable.

What We're Looking For:

1. Barista experience is essential - you'll be hands-on in café operations and expected to lead by example.
2. Previous supervisory or team leader experience in hospitality or events.
3. A hands-on, can-do attitude with strong leadership skills.
4. Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
5. Flexibility to work across different venues if needed.
