Front of House Coordinator!

Salary: £28,000 plus Bonus

Location: Close Islington

Contract: Initially 1 year FTC

On joining this dynamic, leading Property Investment company, you will join a successful team as a Front of House Centre Coordinator. You will provide exceptional service at one of their leading sites close to Highbury and Islington.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Satisfaction:
    • Provide excellent customer service to all new and existing tenants and visitors.
    • Strengthen and build relationships with existing and potential customers to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  2. Sales Support:
    • Conduct viewings of available spaces to support sales efforts.
    • Possess in-depth knowledge of our offerings to effectively communicate with potential customers.
  3. Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless operations.
    • Step up as a leader in the absence of the Centre Manager or Assistant Centre Manager.
  4. Marketing and Community Engagement:
    • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our company to both customers and the public.
    • Assist in organizing marketing events to build communities and create new relationships with stakeholders.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to upsell and promote will be an advantage.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving.

Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of Front of House/Reception experience.
  • Ideally from industries such as Property, business centres, serviced offices, hotels, gym memberships, private members clubs, or high-end retail.
