FOH BARISTA | INTERMISSION

intermission is a coffee shop and roastery on a mission to put people and planet first. We are looking for a Full Time super friendly team member who can work 4 days a week (40hrs) to fill a barista / all-rounder role. We are a small tight-knit team who are comfortable working together in our relatively small space. On any given day we are always multitasking whilst maintaining a warm, happy and inviting experience for both the customers and the rest of the team.

Coffee experience is a bonus but not required: we expect a keen interest in the speciality coffee and food industries and an are looking for individuals with high levels of emotional intelligence, assertiveness and ability to work under pressure in a bustling coffee shop. Our priority is, and always will be, the customer experience - great interpersonal skills are essential.
