Role Overview

The Site Manager will be responsible for onsite management of Fit-Out Projects throughout the UK & Ireland to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of the projects. They will lead teams within H&J Martin values and guidelines, adding value and development to the Fit-Out business.

What you'll do

The main tasks associated with the position include:

• Oversee the delivery of Fit-Out projects on site, ensuring projects are adequately resourced and successfully delivered to scope, cost, and quality.
• Ensure clear communication and understanding of project imperatives and stakeholder interfaces throughout the projects.
• Provide direction, motivation, and leadership to internal staff on site and external consultants or supply chain partners.
• Be responsible for safety, health, environment, and quality matters, driving excellence and continuous improvement.
• Ensure project compliance with H&J Martin procedures, including delegated levels of authority.
• Deploy appropriate and competent resources for all project management activities.
