We are seeking a candidate to work on equity markets, Investment Analysis, and Corporate Financial Management.

Previous experience and knowledge:

• An academic background in Economics or Accounting & Finance is desirable.
• Knowledge in process execution and transformation, with programming skills in Visual Basic, SQL, Python.
• Familiarity with tools like Murex, Bloomberg, 4sight, JBPM, ECON, etc., is appreciated.

Languages:

• Proficiency in English is essential for collaboration across geographies.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Overview:

The role involves supporting the GM Sales & Trading Desks, managing deal bookings, dividends, corporate actions, and executing daily trigger events on equity derivatives. Developing internal automation tools is a key focus. Additional tasks include portfolio reconciliation and monitoring to ensure trade accuracy across Front Office systems.

The Delegated Functions team plays a crucial role in achieving operational excellence within the front office, managing the lifecycle of trades, and advancing digitalization efforts to handle increased volumes and reduce operational risks.

• Booking in primary and secondary markets, managing nominal adjustments, and full inventory management.
• Monitoring corporate and operational events impacting trading positions, and assisting with necessary adjustments.
• Enhancing process efficiency for Trading and Sales teams.
• Reporting to managers periodically and on-demand.
• Utilizing JBPM, ECON, Quotepad, and Excel for various operational and reporting tasks, including invoice management, deal pricing, and profit/loss analysis.
