Motor Claims Hander - First Notification of Loss (4 positions available)

£27,600 basic salary + monthly bonuses taking you to £45,000+ per year

Manchester City Centre

This role is a fantastic combination of sales & motor enquiries whilst being based in a leading law firm, who have been operating for over 20 years in the legal sector.

Responsibilities

Answering calls from customers at “FNOL” stage means completing a full fact find on the vehicle damage and their needs.

Your role will have an evidence element to it, as you'll need to understand if there is any witnesses, or passengers, or if it was fault or non-fault.

This means we can consider anyone from a similar claims role, who has dealt with claims at first stage in the past. It's key to understand how to upsell on our additional services such as hire cars, and repairs on their vehicles within our in-house garages across the UK.

The easiest part is the customer has a need, making your role easier. Your customers have damage on their vehicles and may even be undriveable, so its important to offer the services they need to get customers back on the road safely.

You'll earn uncapped bonuses for every customer you pass across to hire or repairs.

Hours
  • 2 x weeks 8am-5pm
  • 2 x weeks 10am-7pm
  • 1 weekend shift per month
  • 1 late shifts per month: 3pm - 11pm
  • No bank holiday working
