Castlefield Recruitment is working in partnership with a Healthcare Provider who are delivering high-quality diagnostic services to local health services. Our client is currently seeking experienced Advanced Sonographer to support the delivery of a specialist diagnostic service. This is a short-term engagement with an initial requirement to support approximately 60 patients, focusing on diagnostic ultrasound and fine needle aspiration (FNA) procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound examinations in line with protocols
• Carry out fine needle aspiration (FNA) procedures with precision and care
• Ensure detailed and accurate clinical reporting
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient pathways effectively

Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience in both FNA procedures and diagnostic ultrasound within a Healthcare or NHS setting.
• HCPC registration or equivalent.
• Strong communication and patient-care skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage a high patient caseload.
