Job summary

Office Angels is seeking a meticulous Supply Chain Administrator for a fast-paced FMCG role based in Redhill with regular travel to London Victoria. This temporary 3-month assignment is full-time (Mon-Fri, 9:00–17:30) with a salary of £15–£17 per hour depending on experience.

You will manage end-to-end supply chain tasks, including POs, orders, and inventory, while coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Supply Chain Administrator, Supply Chain Coordinator, Logistics Administrator, or similar role.
• Experience working within an FMCG environment is essential.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management, and logistics.
• Excellent administrative, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across multiple stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience using ERP, SAP, Oracle, or similar supply chain systems would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the end-to-end supply chain process to ensure products are delivered efficiently and on time.
• Processing and managing purchase orders, sales orders, and inventory records.
• Monitoring stock levels and assisting with demand planning activities.
• Liaising with suppliers, logistics providers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders.
• Tracking shipments and proactively resolving any delivery or supply issues.
• Maintaining accurate supply chain and product data across internal systems.
• Producing reports, analysing data, and identifying trends to support decision-making.
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams including procurement, customer service, finance, and logistics.
• Ensuring compliance with internal processes and supply chain procedures.
• Providing general administrative support to the wider supply chain team.
