Winsearch is seeking a Multi‑Skilled Engineer in Wythenshawe, Manchester, with a salary of £55,963 per annum. You will work on a rotating shift pattern, including days, nights, and twilight shifts. The role demands expertise in both mechanical and electrical maintenance.

Responsibilities include minimizing downtime, diagnosing faults, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Candidates must hold a recognized engineering qualification and prior FMCG experience.

Qualifications

• Recognised engineering qualification (Electrical, Mechanical or Multi‑Skilled) required.
• Previous FMCG experience is necessary.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic capability essential.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings is required.

Responsibilities

• Minimise machinery downtime through preventive maintenance.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
• Support the site's journey towards World Class Engineering standards.
• Participate in reliability improvement projects.
