You’ll dig into performance and industry trends, turn numbers into stories and recommendations, shape targets and forecasts, build visualisations, monitor performance, present findings to stakeholders, ensure data quality, and coach

Qualifications

• Have at least 3 years’ experience in an insight-focused role.
• Comfortable getting hands on with multiple data sources.
• Move from data → insight → action without getting lost in the middle.
• Make data visually appealing and easy to understand.
• Enjoy telling a story and presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Sharp eye for detail and ability to juggle priorities.
• Curious, commercially minded and not afraid to challenge the obvious answer.

Responsibilities

• Dig into performance, data and industry trends to uncover the insights that matter.
• Turn numbers into clear stories, smart recommendations and the moment you realize why something’s happening.
• Help shape long-term strategy, targets, KPIs and forecasts.
• Build insight tools and visualisations that help people understand what’s going on and what to do next.
• Monitor performance and know when to nudge, rethink or course-correct.
• Present findings to stakeholders and bring people along with you.
• Ensure the data behind decisions is accurate, reliable and fit for purpose.
• Coach and support others to get more from the numbers.
