Berry Recruitment is seeking a committed Demand Planner in Banbury for a full-time, permanent role. The role focuses on improving stock availability, forecasting demand, and managing inventory health while optimizing costs and service levels. It involves a 50/50 split between developing current supply and demand planning processes to support growth.

The candidate should have FMCG experience, strong Excel and SAP/MRP knowledge, and be able to travel to other UK/European sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG environment
• Experience with scheduling/forecast/planning and procurement
• Sound knowledge of SAP/MRP systems
• APO module knowledge
• Knowledge of demand management/forecasting tools
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Responsabilités

• Maintain excellent in-stock rates across categories and regions.
• Monitor and own KPIs: in-stock rate, lead time, OTIF, forecast accuracy, turns.
• Forecast inbound/outbound inventory flows and health (forecasting, purchasing, inventory removal).
• Lead root-cause analysis and project manage improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive procurement workflows and automate tasks.
