Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Estates and Facilities Department for a Facilities Management Assistant (FMA) Domestic Cleaner.

The post is suitable for a motivated and experienced domestic services worker to work at Hartley Hospital.

The successful candidate will provide cleaning services across this division, ensuring compliance with National Cleaning Standards, PLACE requirements, and CQC standards.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Providing a high-quality, professional, and patient-centered cleaning service, adhering to all policies, procedures, and standards.
  2. Working to a high standard to meet national standards.
  3. Collaborating as part of a team, working flexible hours to deliver cleaning coverage throughout the year.
  4. Following an agreed cleaning schedule and completing relevant documentation.
  5. Ensuring all cleaning equipment and agents are available and properly maintained.
