FM Technical Services Engineer/Consultant £55-65K

We are looking for a senior to principal level electrical engineer to join a fast-growing M&E Consultancy, providing operational engineering support to a portfolio of over fifty buildings.

The ideal candidate will have experience in:

• Performance design and specification of electrical services installations, from high-end residential to office fit-outs and plant/asset replacement.
• Surveying electrical services installations and compiling technical reports on buildings and assets.
• Understanding of Electrical Services and Fire & Security Systems (including relevant British Standards).
• Effective communication with clients and contractors.
• Excellent report writing skills.
• Managing workload and prioritizing to meet deadlines.
• Working independently and in small teams, including managing external consultants.
• Representing the company in meetings.

Previous consultancy experience is preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office365. The role is primarily office-based in Croydon with some travel to London/South.

Opportunity to oversee maintenance contracts on various sites.
