FM Service Manager – High Wycombe – up to 55K – APPLY TODAY

I am currently representing an HVAC specialist with an exciting opportunity for a FM Service Manager to join their growing team supporting a busy retail portfolio. The position has opened due to growth, and the client seeks to strengthen their team with a new operations manager to oversee existing and new contracts from a building services perspective.

THE COMPANY

My client is an HVAC specialist company operating since 2013, based in Buckinghamshire. They have over 20 staff and provide service, maintenance, and breakdown support to their retail clients.

THE JOB

Monday – Friday, 40 hours/week, primarily office-based. The role involves managing client relations, scheduling, contract negotiations, managing engineers, and handling client portals. The candidate should have a background in building services and familiarity with industry policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include:

  • Experience in FM/building services industry
  • Customer account management
  • Understanding of processes like job initiation, scheduling, invoicing
  • Updating client portals
  • Participating in helpdesk activities, onboarding clients, creating and implementing processes
  • Occasional site visits to meet clients and contractors

SALARY & PACKAGE
