ROLE PURPOSE
The FM Operations Team is going through an exciting transformation programme which has seen significant change in both structure and process as we mature our delivery model and we are now increasing compliance team by recruiting a FM Quality & Assurance Controller to support the development of our operating model. This role supports the FM Central Services team in ensuring that FM department operations adhere to relevant regulations, standards and internal policies and processes. Working alongside the Head of Technical Services and the FM Compliance Lead, the Quality & Assurance Controller will develop and manage compliance documentation, measuring compliance through audits and inspections, and collaborating with internal teams, suppliers and customers to promote a culture of best practice.
