Our Client

A well-established facilities management and property maintenance contractor who has been established for over 40 years and employs over 500 members of staff requires a Maintenance Supervisor / Manager to manage the FM hard services department throughout their Healthcare division. The role will be covering sites throughout Essex and Hertfordshire.

Maintenance Supervisor / Manager Duties

  1. Supervise / Manage a team of maintenance engineers and sub-contractors across four NHS sites in Essex and Hertfordshire
  2. Ensure repairs and maintenance delivery complies with contract requirements
  3. Act as the first point of contact for the client on site and update with maintenance performance
  4. Audit building services / facilities engineering team and ensure work is carried out to the highest standard
  5. Work with the coordination / scheduling team to ensure all required fabric, maintenance, and building services work is delivered on time

Maintenance Supervisor / Manager Requirements
  1. Experience working as a Supervisor / Manager within a facilities management or building services environment
  2. Knowledge and experience in healthcare / NHS maintenance delivery (Advantageous)
  3. Reside within a commutable distance of the Essex / Hertfordshire area

Maintenance Supervisor / Manager Remuneration
  • Salary: 43,000 - 46,000
  • Car Allowance: over 5,000
