A leading company in Birmingham seeks an FM Lifecycle Project Manager for an 18-month FTC role. You will oversee lifecycle replacement projects in a large acute hospital, managing a significant budget and team. Candidates should have knowledge of RIBA stages, CDM regulations, and experience in design and project delivery.
FM Lifecycle Project Manager – PFI Healthcare – Birmingham £65k. 18 month FTC
You will be responsible for overseeing multiple lifecycle replacement projects and variation works across a large acute hospital in Birmingham.
You should have in-depth knowledge of the RIBA stages of work and CDM regulations, managing projects from inception through to delivery. Typical M&E projects include BMS, lighting, fire alarms, boilers, AHUs, and other building services. Building fabric projects may involve flooring, ceilings, doors, windows, and FF&E.
With a team of 12, last year's lifecycle spend was approximately £14m.
You should have experience in design, tender processes, and project delivery. Consultancy experience would be advantageous.
