Job summary

Franco Manca is seeking a Head Chef in Greater London to lead our kitchen, ensuring every pizza is crafted to perfection and dishes meet our high standards.

You will inspire and develop your team, manage food prep, stock, hygiene, and safety, and work closely with the Restaurant Manager to deliver an exceptional guest experience on every shift.

Qualifications

• Head Chef with experience leading a kitchen team in a busy restaurant.
• Passion for Italian cooking and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong leadership, organisation and people development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the kitchen team to create high-quality pizzas and dishes.
• Ensure every pizza is cooked to perfection and standards are met.
• Inspire and coach your team to grow their skills and passion for food.
• Oversee food prep, stock control, hygiene and health & safety.
• Be hands-on in the kitchen and drive continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
