Our client, a market-leading Facilities Management firm, is seeking a dynamic and charismatic Contracts Manager to oversee a government contract based in Buckinghamshire. The contract is approximately £2 million and involves providing total facilities management throughout the site, with full control over P&L (profit and loss), man management, subcontractors, and the project management of minor and additional works.
The role primarily involves working closely with the client to build a strong business relationship, ensuring that man management and contract performance meet high standards on behalf of the client.
