  • Salary: £30,076.80 per annum
  • Location: Great Moor House, Exeter - EX2 7NL
  • Hours per week: 40, 8:30am-5pm

South West Norse is a specialist service provider to a growing number of public and private sector clients, delivering support to businesses across catering, cleaning and facilities management disciplines.

We have an excellent new opportunity for a FM Assistant Manager to support our facilities management operations. This position is based in Exeter, working 40 hours a week (Monday - Friday).

The Role

As an FM Assistant Manager, you will support the delivery of our FM service contracts at Taw View, ensuring effectiveness and assisting in managing the provision of integrated services.

Within this role you will supervise a team as well as focus on numerous key principles including Health & Safety, finance, procurement, statutory compliance, reactive and planned maintenance, and liaising with various stakeholders across the facility to coordinate operations.

Our Successful Candidate

We are seeking an ambitious individual with knowledge of Facilities Management, accompanied with the ability to deliver exceptional customer service and leadership qualities. Alongside this, you should be able to display:

  • An ability to manage and prioritise workload
  • Efficiently perform both within the team and independently
  • Extensive experience undertaking administrative duties
  • Competent using Microsoft Office software and information databases
  • Conversant in Health and Safety Legislation
  • An understanding of commercial finance principles
