Job summary

TechShack is seeking a mid/senior Flutter Engineer on a contract basis to take ownership of the mobile stack and streamline collaboration between internal teams and an external European agency. The role involves delivering production-ready Flutter apps and enhancing API integrations.

The position requires strong ownership, clear communication, and the ability to read Python/Django code. Remote work is offered with one in-person day per month in Farringdon, London.

Qualifications

• Mid/Senior Flutter engineer with production mobile app experience.
• Experience with React/React Native is a plus.
• Able to read Python/Django code and integrate APIs.

Job description

I’m currently supporting a client looking for an Mid/ Senior Flutter Engineer to join them on a contract basis.

They currently outsource a large part of their development to an agency in Europe and are looking to bring someone in‑house who can take ownership of the mobile side and help improve communication between the internal and external teams.

• Ideally some React/ React Native Exposure
• Experience building and maintaining production mobile applications
• Comfortable reading and understanding Python / Django code
• Strong understanding of APIs and backend integrations
• Able to work closely with backend engineers and external development teams
• Strong communication and ownership

Remote – 1 day per month in Farringdon, London
