We are partnering with a growing consumer tech company looking for a talented Flutter Developer to join their mobile engineering team.

This role offers hybrid working - 3 days a week onsite in Central London, with a salary range of £60k - £75k.

The successful candidate will take ownership of a mobile product used by thousands, helping to shape the future of the user experience while working with a collaborative, ambitious team.

You will develop and enhance a mobile product built using Flutter, collaborating closely with backend engineers and product managers to design and deliver impactful features that solve user problems. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys creating new user experiences and maintaining code quality through modern engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship features for a high-traffic Flutter-based mobile application.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with backend engineers, designers, and product managers.
• Implement and uphold engineering best practices for maintainability and scalability.
• Mentor and support junior engineers in Flutter best practices.
• Contribute to experiments and research focused on user engagement and conversion optimization.

About You

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter development.
• 4+ years of total experience in mobile app development (iOS/Android).
