Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Primary School Teaching Assistants to join our team in Swansea, Neath & Port Talbot. The ideal candidates will have experience working in primary schools and a genuine passion for working with children. Desired candidates are those with 1 to 1 experience working with children that have additional learning needs.

£88.92-£95.00 daily rate. 8:30am-3:30pm working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting classroom teachers in delivering high-quality education.
  • Assisting with lesson planning and preparation.
  • Providing one-on-one or small group support to students.
  • Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Supervising children during activities and breaks.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a primary school setting.
  • A passion for working with children and supporting their educational development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in education or childcare are preferred.
