Job summary

Adecco is recruiting for FLT / Warehouse Operatives in Penrith. This is a full-time role on a rotating weekly shift pattern (early, late, night) with pay rates shown for each shift and a probation uplift.

You will join a growing manufacturing operation and contribute to smooth production through efficient warehouse support. Responsibilities include operating forklifts, stock rotation, general warehouse tasks, material supply to lines, and safe loading/unloading of wagons.

Qualifications

• FLT licence preferred but not essential, training provided.
• Strong commitment to health and safety.
• Excellent timekeeping and attendance.
• Reliable with a keen eye for quality.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic English communication skills.

FLT / Warehouse Operative

Penrith | Full-Time Opportunities on either a temporary or permanent basis.

Rotating weekly shift pattern, Monday - Friday:

• Week 1 - Early Shift (6am-2pm): £13.73ph
• Week 2 - Late Shift (2pm-10pm): £14.83ph
• Week 3 - Night Shift (10pm-6am): £15.59ph

Pay rates will increase once probation period is completed!
