Job description

Job: Warehouse Operative with FLT Reach

Shift:

3 on 3 off rota, 6am-6pm

Pay:

£13.04 per hour with overtime at 1.5x

Job Type:

Temporary to Permanent

About the role:

We are recruiting experienced Warehouse Operatives with FLT Reach experience to join our client's team at their manufacturing site in Normanton.

Responsibilities include picking and packing equipment according to instructions, loading and unloading vehicles, and general warehouse tasks.

Job responsibilities:

1. Fully cooperate with site requirements
2. Pick & pack customer orders to meet targets
3. Dispatch orders with appropriate paperwork
4. Manually pick full & break cases from racking and ground locations
5. Receive deliveries, check quantities, record receipts, and verify paperwork
6. Sort returns for Goods In
7. Put away goods from the warehouse floor into racking
8. Perform PI checks on locations as needed

Requirements for the role:

1. Valid FLT Reach license and experience
2. Counterbalance FLT license preferred
3. Accuracy and attention to detail
4. Responsibility for safe warehouse operations
5. Ability to process paperwork accurately
6. Physical fitness for manual tasks
7. Effective communication skills
8. Good timekeeping
