Job summary

JDR Recruitment is hiring a Reach Driver for a brand-new site in Chadderton, Manchester. The role is a temporary-to-permanent position with steady hours and a rate of £14.37 per hour. Working hours are 14:00–22:00, Monday to Friday, on a shift in a food manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will hold an in-date Reach FLT licence, have warehouse/production experience, and demonstrate reliability, attention to detail and a proactive approach to safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Reliability and proactive approach are essential.
• Attention to detail is important for safe loading/unloading.
• Previous warehouse/production experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate counterbalance forklifts (Reach FLT) in a fast-paced food production environment.
• Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Move stock across warehouse and production areas.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, and hygiene.

JDR are recruiting Reach Drivers for our food manufacturing client at their brand-new, state-of-the-art site in Chadderton.
