Job summary

Driver Hire Manchester in Middlewich, Cheshire is seeking an experienced FLT Reach Driver to join a brand-new, state-of-the-art warehouse facility. This temp-to-perm role offers a permanent contract after a 12-week qualifying period with a pay rate of £13.40 per hour and rotating shifts.

Shifts run Monday to Friday: Week 1 06:00–14:00, Week 2 14:00–22:00. Candidates must hold a valid FLT Reach Truck licence and a valid MHE licence, plus warehouse experience and reliability.

Qualifications

• Valid MHE licence/certificate
• Experience operating Reach Trucks in a warehouse setting

Responsibilities

• Operate FLT Reach Trucks safely and efficiently
• Load, unload and move stock around the warehouse
• Carry out stock replenishment and put-away duties
• Adhere to all health and safety procedures
• Support general warehouse operations as required

FLT Reach Driver – Middlewich, Cheshire

We are currently recruiting for experienced FLT Reach Drivers to join a brand-new, state-of-the-art warehouse facility in Middlewich, Cheshire.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure a temp-to-perm position, with successful candidates offered a permanent contract following a 12-week qualifying period.

Pay Rate

• £13.40 per hour

Shift Pattern

Rotating weekly shifts:

• Week 1: 06:00 – 14:00
• Week 2: 14:00 – 22:00

Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Operating FLT Reach Trucks safely and efficiently
• Loading, unloading and moving stock throughout the warehouse
• Stock replenishment and put-away duties
• Adhering to all health and safety procedures
• Supporting general warehouse operations as required

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must:

• Hold a valid FLT Reach Truck Licence
• Hold a valid MHE (Material Handling Equipment) licence/certificate
• Have previous experience operating Reach Trucks in a warehouse environment
• Be reliable, punctual and able to work rotating shifts

The following experience would be advantageous, but is not essential:

• HLOP (High Level Order Picker) experience
