Job Title: FLT Reach and Counterbalance Driver (Sick Cover 3-6 months )

Location: DN12

Job Type: Temporary (Ongoing Sick Cover)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-4.30pm 8am -5pm

About the Role:

Stafforce is currently seeking a reliable and experienced FLT Reach and Counterbalance Driver to provide cover during an ongoing period of staff sickness for our client based in Dn12. This is a hands-on role requiring attention to detail, a strong safety mindset, and the ability to work well as part of a team in a busy warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Reach and Counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently
• Load and unload goods from vehicles
• Move stock to and from racking/storage locations
• Perform routine equipment checks and report faults
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required
• Follow company procedures and health & safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:

• Valid and in-date FLT Reach & Counterbalance licenses (RTITB or equivalent)
• Proven experience in a similar warehouse or logistics environment
• Good understanding of warehouse safety procedures
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Flexible and adaptable to meet operational needs
• Previous experience in the chemical or distribution sector
• Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS)
