FLT Reach and Counterbalance Driver

Trafford Park (M17)

Temp-Perm

38 hours a week

Ongoing Monday to Friday 7:30AM - 4PM (Early finishes on Friday)

Rate of pay: £13.81 - 20.71 per hour (weekly pay)

We have an exciting opportunity for experienced FLT Reach and Counterbalance truck drivers to start in the coming weeks in the Trafford Park area.

As a forklift truck operator, your main duties would include:

• Loading and unloading goods from vehicles such as lorries or vans
• Moving goods packed on pallets or in crates around the storage facility (weighing 25kg)
• Checking loads are secure
• Stacking empty pallets
• Part of the role will involve loading and unloading containers manually
• Other warehouse duties outside of FLT

The ideal candidate must:

• Minimum of 1 years’ experience operating FLT Reach truck.
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience operating FLT Counterbalance truck.
• Have a in date and external license/certificate to operate FLT Reach and Counterbalance trucks.
• Be punctual and reliable
• Be able to organise and prioritise workload

The role starts on an initial temporary basis but long term/potentially permanent roles are available for the right people based on your performance, attitude and attendance.
