Job summary

Pertemps North West and North Wales is recruiting an FLT Warehouse Operative in Warrington (WA2 8RN). The role requires an in-date FLT Counterbalance license and involves handling containers, sorting and washing IBCs in the reuse centre, and adhering to safety policies.

You will work Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:30, on a temp-to-perm contract, with a focus on accurate picking, safe forklift operation, and teamwork to maintain a clean, hazard-free warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid in date FLT Counterbalance licence.
• Experience working with chemicals is advantageous.
• Previous production or warehouse experience.
• Good knowledge of health and safety procedures.
• Team player with attention to detail.

Job Title: FLT Warehouse Operative

Salary: £13.20 per hour

Hours: Monday- Friday 08:00- 16:30

Contract: Temp- perm

Our client, a Chemical Manufacturing company are currently seeking an experience FLT Warehouse Operative with an in-date Counterbalance licence to join their expanding team on a temporary to permanent basis.

As an FLT Warehouse Operative your duties will be:

• Moving and allocating containers in and around the warehouse.
• Operating FLT Counterbalance.
• Sorting and washing Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBC) within the reuse centre.
• Adhering to health and safety policies at all times.
• Keeping working stations clean and hazardous free.

The successful FLT Warehouse Operative will have the following skills:

• Must have a valid in date FLT Counterbalance.
• Experience working with chemicals would be advantageous.
• Previous production or warehouse experience.
• Good knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety Procedures
