Job summary

Pertemps North West and North Wales is recruiting for an FLT Warehouse Operative in Warrington (WA2 8RN). The role is temporary-to-permanent with a starting hourly rate of £13.20.

You will move and allocate containers, operate FLT Counterbalance, sort and wash IBCs, and uphold health and safety standards. A valid in-date FLT Counterbalance licence is essential; chemical handling experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid in date FLT Counterbalance licence.
• Experience working with chemicals would be advantageous.
• Previous production or warehouse experience.
• Good knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety Procedures.
• Team player and attention to detail.

Hours: Monday- Friday 08:00- 16:30

Contract: Temp- perm

Our client, a Chemical Manufacturing company are currently seeking an experience FLT Warehouse Operative with an in-date Counterbalance licence to join their expanding team on a temporary to permanent basis.

As an FLT Warehouse Operative your duties will be:

• Moving and allocating containers in and around the warehouse.
• Operating FLT Counterbalance.
• Sorting and washing Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBC) within the reuse centre.
• Adhering to health and safety policies at all times.
• Keeping working stations clean and hazardous free.

The successful FLT Warehouse Operative will have the following skills:

• Must have a valid in date FLT Counterbalance.
• Experience working with chemicals would be advantageous.
