Job summary

The Best Connection Group Ltd is recruiting experienced FLT Counterbalance Drivers for a leading client in Oldham. These are temp-to-perm roles offering stability and potential for long-term career progression. Shifts run rotating AM and PM, with 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm patterns.

Hourly rate is 14.36; 28 days paid annual leave pro-rata; possible permanent position after a successful trial period. Candidates must hold a valid FLT Counterbalance license and be willing to undergo a medical assessment.

Qualifications

• Valid FLT Counterbalance license.
• Physically fit and capable of manual tasks.
• Willingness to undergo a medical assessment.
• Able to provide a recent work reference.
• Comfortable with rotating shift patterns.

• Operate a Counterbalance forklift truck (approx. 30% of the role).

FLT Counterbalance Drivers - Night shift & Temp to Perm

Location: Oldham

The Best Connection Group Ltd is currently recruiting experienced FLT Counterbalance Drivers for a leading client based in Oldham. These are temp-to-perm roles, offering stability and long-term career potential.

• Shifts:Rotating AM and PM
• 6am-2pm / 2pm - 10pm

Pay Rates

• 14.36 per hour (standard)

Key Responsibilities

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck (approx. 30% of the role)
• Performing general warehouse duties (approx. 70%)
• Loading/unloading and moving stock
• Manual handling and reallocation of goods

Requirements

• Valid FLT Counterbalance License
• Physically fit and capable of manual tasks
• Willingness to undergo a medical assessment
• Able to provide a recent work reference
• Comfortable with rotating shift patterns
