Job summary

Aqumen Recruitment is recruiting a Machine Operative with FLT for a busy manufacturing site in Dewsbury. The role runs Monday to Thursday, 6pm–6am, with day-shift training for 2–3 weeks.

You will operate a range of machinery, operate an FLT when required, cover breaks to keep production running smoothly, and help maintain a clean, safe site.

A valid FLT licence is essential; overtime is paid, and there is a bonus scheme up to £2,000 per year subject to criteria.

Qualifications

• Valid FLT licence – essential.
• Must be willing to train on day shifts for 2–3 weeks before moving onto nights.
• Reliable, self-motivated and hardworking, with a consistent approach to attendance and performance.

Responsibilities

• Operating a range of machinery throughout the site.
• Using an FLT as required.
• Covering colleagues' breaks to ensure production runs smoothly.
• Keeping the site clean, tidy and safe.
• Following site procedures and health and safety requirements.
