Job summary

Skyline Roofing Centres in Kings Langley is seeking a reliable Yard & Warehouse Operative with a forklift licence. The role involves safely operating forklifts, supporting customers, and managing stock across the yard and warehouse.

Hours are Monday to Thursday 7:00–16:30, Friday 7:00–16:00, Saturday 7:30–10:30. Salary guides start at £30,568 with discretionary bonus and cycle-to-work options.

Qualifications

• Forklift licence and solid forklift experience.
• Experience in a yard and/or warehouse environment.
• Good maths and basic literacy for stock checking.
• Reliable team player with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift trucks to move stock safely.
• Assist trade and retail customers at the yard.
• Load, unload, pick and pack orders efficiently.
• Keep the yard and warehouse clean, tidy and organised.
