Job summary

The Best Connection in Sittingbourne is hiring FLT Flexi Drivers for a busy 3PL warehouse. This full-time role offers day shifts, either 08:00-16:00 or 10:00-18:00, with a £14 per hour pay and potential move to a shift-pattern in the future.

Work involves unloading/loading trailers and stock picking using MHE and manual methods. We require valid FLT Flexi experience, or a Counterbalance/Reach conversion, and a minimum of 2 years’ warehouse/MHE experience.

Qualifications

• Valid FLT Flexi experience.
• Counterbalance or Reach truck conversion accepted.
• 2 years minimum in warehouse with MHE experience.
• Ability to perform manual handling and physical tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying workloads and shift times.

Responsibilities

• Operate FLT Flexi trucks safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload trailers for multiple contracts.
• Pick stock accurately using MHE or by hand as required.
• Support general warehouse operations to maintain smooth workflow.
• Follow site health & safety rules and company procedures.
• Be flexible with start and finish times.
