Job summary

Jacob Thomas Associates is seeking a Warehouse Operative / Counterbalance Driver in Leicester LE3 to support a busy distributor. You will operate a licensed counterbalance forklift, move stock around the warehouse and help prepare items for dispatch.

The role requires a valid FLT licence, experience with loading/unloading goods by forklift, and a flexible, immediate start. The position offers weekly pay, free parking, and canteen facilities within a busy, safety‑mocused warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Accredited Counterbalance FLT Licence.
• Experience loading and unloading goods using FLT.
• Available to start immediately and flexible with hours.
• Highly motivated and driven.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading of stock using your licensed Forklift.
• Transferring stock and products around the warehouse.
• Picking/packing items ready for dispatch.
• Palletising and wrapping.
• Working to set procedures, targets and Health & Safety Guidelines.
• Adhere to all company polices.
