Job summary

HR GO Group is recruiting for a Forklift Truck (FLT) Driver / Warehouse Operative in Deeside on a permanent basis. The role operates a three-shift rotating pattern, 6:00am-2:00pm, 2:00pm-10:00pm, and 10:00pm-6:00am, Monday to Friday for full-time work.

You will receive, store and supply materials to production, while maintaining health and safety standards and high housekeeping. Training and development opportunities are available in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (essential).
• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Good understanding of warehouse health and safety procedures.
• Experience loading and unloading vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Safely receive and manage deliveries at the warehouse.
• Ensure all delivery drivers comply with site health & safety procedures.
• Load and unload vehicles using a forklift truck.
• Store raw materials in the correct warehouse locations.
• Supply raw materials to production in a timely manner.
• Liaise with suppliers and waste collection companies.
• Arrange waste collections as required.
• Carry out regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Communicate effectively with production and other departments.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
• Operate and carry out basic maintenance checks on balers, including rewiring when required.
• Provide support to the goods In the department when needed.
• Follow all company health & safety and quality procedures.

About the Role
