Location: Blencowe, Penrith

Salary: £27,256 per year, rising annually with our pay structure and on-the-job learning. Plus, overtime paid at £ per hour.

Hours: 42 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday work. Shift pattern: 6am - 2pm.

Role Overview

We are recruiting for a FLT Operative to join our manufacturing team. You will work with production operatives to produce high-quality concrete products, using operational techniques, powered hand tools, machinery, and mechanical handling equipment. You will work in an environment focused on safety, quality, waste reduction, and OEE targets.

Key Skills and Requirements

• Experience in small/medium manufacturing operations
• Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance); re-certification available
• Motivated to develop and grow in the role
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Proactive in process improvement
