Salary: £27,256 - rising annually with our pay structure and on the job learning
£ per hour + O/T at £ per hour
Hours: 42 hours per week, Monday to Friday (occasional Saturday working may be required)

Manufacturing is central to our operations, fulfilling our promise to produce the UK's leading bricks. We are recruiting a FLT Operative to join our team.

We seek a passionate, driven individual eager for growth and development. Your role involves working with a team to produce high-quality concrete products, utilizing operational techniques, powered hand tools, machinery, and mechanical handling equipment. You will work in an environment focused on safety, quality, waste reduction, and OEE targets.

Work hours are 42 per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts. The shift pattern is from 6am to 2pm.

Key Skills:

• Experience in small/medium manufacturing settings
• Counterbalance FLT license (re-certification available)
• Drive and motivation for role development
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Proactive in process improvement
