Salary: £27,256 - rising annually with our pay structure and on the job learning
£ per hour + O/T at £ per hour
Hours: 42 hours per week, Monday to Friday (occasional Saturday working may be required)

Marshalls Bricks and Masonry is a major supplier of 120 million high-quality bricks annually to the construction industry. Manufacturing is central to our operation. We are recruiting for a FLT Operative to join our team!

You will work with production teams to manufacture concrete products using operational techniques, machinery, and handling equipment, maintaining safety, quality, waste, and efficiency standards.

Working hours are 42 per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts. Shift pattern: 6am - 2pm.

Essential skills:

• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Counterbalance FLT license (re-certification available)
• Motivated to develop in the role
