Job Overview

At AO we’re currently recruiting FLT Drivers to join our Nights Team in Alsager. Training will be provided to operate 2‑2.5t trucks.

Salary: £14.29 per hour
Hours: 40.25 per week
Shift pattern: 4 on 4 off (rotational)
Start/Finish time: 6.00pm – 6.00am

Responsibilities

• Employ manual handling techniques and adhere to a safe work system as per H&S training.
• Handle large appliances and manage heavy manual tasks with confidence.
• Minimise potential damage by following training guidelines for appliance handling.
• Report accidents, product issues or damage‑related incidents.
• Perform general warehouse duties.

Qualifications

Teamwork is essential for maintaining motivation throughout shifts. Candidates should be able to work independently while also collaborating effectively with others.
