Job summary

Pertemps Bond is recruiting for a Production Operative / Forklift Driver in Cullompton. The role combines forklift duties with production support across multiple areas, offering an ongoing, full-time position with regular weekly pay.

You'll operate counterbalance forklifts, assist with loading/unloading, and help keep production lines supplied while maintaining high safety and quality standards. Four-day weeks and pension are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence or forklift experience.
• Previous production, manufacturing or warehouse experience is desirable.
• Good attention to detail and a strong focus on safety.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Location: Cullompton

Pay Rate: £14.57 Per Hour

Hours: 16:30 – 02:30, Monday – Thursday

Pertemps are currently recruiting for Forklift Drivers to join our client in Cullompton. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with a well-established and growing business.

The Role

• Operating counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently


• Working across a variety of production areas to support manufacturing operations


• Supplying production lines with materials and removing finished goods


• Loading and unloading vehicles


• Assisting with general production and warehouse duties as required

• Following production schedules and work instructions

The Candidate
