Job Title: FLT Driver

Location: Willenhall

Salary: £12.50 for 12 weeks - increasing to £13.00 per hour

Shift Patterns: 07:30 - 16:00 Monday to Thursday - 07:30 - 12:00 Friday

We're working with a well-established and expanding manufacturing business that's looking to strengthen their team with a reliable, safety-conscious FLT Driver. This is not just a seat-on-the-truck role - you'll be hands-on across different parts of the operation, so a flexible attitude is a must.

Responsibilities:

1. FLT Driving - Counterbalance (Valid licence required).
2. Safely operating 5-10 ton trucks.
3. Booking goods in and out using the company's CRM system.
4. Checking delivery notes and ensuring goods received match the paperwork.
5. Putting stock away into the correct racking locations.
6. Supporting wider warehouse/yard duties as needed.

Qualification/Experience:

1. Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance essential).
2. Confident and experienced handling large loads and 5-10 ton trucks.
3. Comfortable getting involved in general warehousing and yard duties.
4. Health & Safety focused and a good team player.
5. Flexible, positive, and keen to grow with the business.
