To manage and coordinate all goods-in operations, ensuring the efficient receipt, inspection, documentation, and safe handling of all inbound deliveries. This role plays a vital part in maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting a smooth warehouse flow directly linked to the production facility.
This role is based on a rotating shift pattern to balance operational volume fairly across the team.

  • Early Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • Late Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Morning shifts typically handle higher delivery volumes and therefore require increased support. The rotation ensures fairness across the team.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Experience in Goods-In or warehouse environments (manufacturing/logistics preferred); full training will be provided.
  • High attention to detail for checking product codes, quantities, and documentation.
  • Solid understanding of manual handling and Health & Safety procedures.
  • Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Confident personality, capable of taking initiative and managing tasks under pressure.
  • Mandatory: In-date FLT license, plus (Reach Truck preferred).
  • Mandatory: UK Category B driving license, as driving the counterbalance truck between buildings via a public road is required (until relocation to a single-site facility later this year).
  • Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated with a proactive, hands-on approach
Key Responsibilities to include:
  • Inbound Stock Handling
    • Receive and check all inbound stock and materials in line with delivery schedules.
    • Unload daily deliveries safely and accurately, feeding materials to production in real time.
    • Cross-check deliveries against expected quantities and delivery windows.
  • Waste Management
    • Manage the loading of residual plastic, general waste, and non-usable materials into skips, bins, and compactors.
    • Ensure waste areas are kept clean and safe.
  • Pallet & Material Handling
    • Handle and sort empty pallets, including lifting, stacking, and segregating damaged ones.
    • Support production by ensuring timely pallet flow where needed.
    • Collaborate closely with the warehouse and production teams for seamless operation
