Job summary

Manpower Group (UK) is recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to operate a Counterbalance FLT (B1) at a site near South Killingholme. You will load/unload containers, support warehouse tasks, and use RF scanning to track products. Paperwork for inbound/outbound goods will be completed, with flexibility to cover varied duties.

The role offers an immediate start after interview and a stable Monday-Friday 9am-5pm schedule, with potential to become permanent based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• Valid, in-date B1 / Counterbalance FLT licence.
• Experience in a warehouse/FLT role preferred.
• Confidence using RF scanning systems or willingness to learn.
• Flexible and willing to support different warehouse duties.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Counterbalance FLT (B1) to move goods.
• Load and unload containers and lorries.
• Support general warehouse operations.

What You'll Need
